Recruitment pricing aligned to people staying — not just starting.
Instead of one fee at placement, our recruitment fee is three equal instalments of your agreed annual base salary — so two-thirds of it is earned only when the hire reaches six and twelve months. Employers pay recruitment costs. Candidates are never charged.
Three equal instalments, tied to real milestones
Each instalment is 2.5% of the employee's agreed annual base salary. You only pay the six- and twelve-month instalments if the person is still with you.

Calculated on the employee's agreed annual base salary for their contracted hours, excluding KiwiSaver, bonuses, commissions and allowances unless otherwise quoted — so smaller and part-time roles cost less.
The Role Launch fee
Before we go to market, a Role Launch fee funds professional role design and campaign preparation — the deliberate first step that makes the whole process work.
It covers the role-discovery consultation, outcome and capability design, a candidate-focused advertisement, market positioning, a screening plan, the WorkFit matching plan and employer dashboard access. The Role Launch payment is credited against your 2.5% commencement instalment — so it isn't an extra cost on top of the fee.

A single placement fee rewards a start. We want to reward a fit that lasts — for you and for the person who joins your team.

AI Team Member pricing
If your answer is an AI Team Member rather than a person, pricing works differently — a one-off setup and an ongoing subscription.
Setup & subscription
An AI Team Member usually involves a one-off setup to design and configure the agent, then an ongoing subscription to run, monitor and improve it. We start with an AI-readiness consultation before any commitment.
