Can't find what you're after? Get in touch and we'll point you to the right specialist.
Who pays for recruitment?
Employers pay recruitment costs. Candidates are never charged to join our Talent Network, to be presented for roles, or to be placed. If anyone ever asks a candidate to pay for a job, that is not how we work.
What's the difference between an AI Team Member, a Human Team Member and a Human + AI Team?
A Human Team Member is a person we help you recruit into your business. An AI Team Member is a configured AI agent that carries out defined, repetitive tasks within boundaries you set. A Human + AI Team combines the two — people handle judgement and relationships while the AI agent takes on the repeatable work behind them. We help you decide which mix actually fits the problem.
Is my data safe, and how do AI agents handle it?
An AI Team Member only ever accesses the systems and data you explicitly permit, system by system. Every action it takes is logged so you can review what it did and why, and high-stakes steps wait for a human to approve them before anything happens. Your business data stays yours and is kept separate from other clients.
Do you make hiring decisions with AI?
No. People make hiring decisions. We do not use unexplained AI rejection scores, and no candidate is filtered out by an algorithm you can't see. AI can help organise information, but a human decides — and we get a candidate's consent before presenting them to an employer.
Do you provide immigration or visa advice?
No. 247 Staff does not provide immigration or visa advice, and we do not promise sponsorship or visas. Where immigration advice is needed, we refer you to authorised immigration specialists who are licensed to give it.
How does Pacific and international recruitment stay ethical?
We build reciprocal workforce partnerships that benefit both the sending community and the New Zealand employer — not a source of cheap labour. We recruit against genuine vacancies, candidates are never charged, and we don't promise sponsorship or visas. Immigration advice is always referred to authorised specialists.
Is SenzAI training required to get a job?
No. SenzAI Academy learning is completely optional and is paid separately from the free Talent Network. Taking a course — or not — never affects your eligibility, priority or chances of being placed in a role.
How is your recruitment pricing structured?
Our recruitment fee is 7.5% of the employee's agreed annual base salary, paid in three equal 2.5% instalments: at commencement, at six months and at twelve months of continued employment — with no minimum fee. It's calculated on base salary for contracted hours (excluding KiwiSaver, bonuses, commissions and allowances unless otherwise quoted), so smaller and part-time roles cost less. A Role Launch fee funds role design up front and is credited against the commencement instalment; its NZD amount is confirmed with you on approval. Employers pay recruitment costs — candidates are never charged.
Do you provide legal, payroll or tax advice?
No. We are not a legal, payroll or tax advisor and we don't provide that advice. We work to the boundaries you set and recommend you take professional advice for legal, payroll and tax matters specific to your business.
How do I get started?
Tell us where the work is piling up. The quickest way is to send us a note through the 'Talk About My Staffing Needs' enquiry or email hello@247staff.co.nz. We'll read it, route it to the right specialist and come back to you about whether the answer is a person, an AI Team Member or both.
Tell us what your business needs next.
We will help you decide whether the answer is a person, a better process, an AI tool — or a carefully designed combination.
