Joining is free
Joining the 247 Talent Network is free. You are never charged for jobs, placement access or recruitment costs. Optional SenzAI learning is paid separately and never influences your placement eligibility or priority.
You control consent
We do not present your profile to an employer without your consent. You decide which opportunities to be considered for, and you can withdraw consent.
What we collect
Your CV, contact details, location, work status, preferences (including relocation and remote-work preferences) and any application information you choose to provide.
How matching works
We use a structured Person – Role – Tools (WorkFit) approach with role-relevant evidence. Humans make employment decisions. We do not use unexplained AI rejection scores.
Your agent portfolio
If you build a portable agent portfolio through SenzAI, it is kept with strict separation from any employer's data.
Access, export, correction and deletion
You can request access to, export of, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting hello@247staff.co.nz.
Immigration
247 Staff does not provide immigration advice and does not sell job offers. No payment guarantees a job, interview, sponsorship or visa. Immigration advice is referred to authorised immigration specialists.
