Pricing aligned to people staying, not just starting

Three equal instalments of your agreed annual base salary — two-thirds of the fee is earned only when the hire reaches six and twelve months.

Of the agreed annual base salary, payable when your chosen person commences.

Payable only if the employee is still employed at six months.

At twelve months

Payable only if the employee is still employed at twelve months.

7.5% total over twelve months — with no minimum fee.

Calculated on the employee's agreed annual base salary for their contracted hours, excluding KiwiSaver, bonuses, commissions and allowances unless otherwise quoted — so smaller and part-time roles cost less.

A Role Launch fee covers role design and campaign preparation up front and is credited against the commencement instalment. The New Zealand amount is confirmed on approval.
