We define the outcomes the role must deliver, or map the workflow an AI Team Member could take on within boundaries you approve.

We source locally and, where a role genuinely cannot be filled locally, internationally — then match capability and fit with structured, evidence-led assessment. AI supports the evidence; people make the judgements.
Review a structured shortlist
You receive comparable, well-evidenced options — candidates who have consented to being presented, not a pile of unscreened CVs.

You interview and choose. Every employment decision is yours — AI never decides who is hired.
