After more than 35 years in business, Daniel Smart retrained in artificial intelligence and founded 247 Staff to build a more human workforce company.
The purpose is not to replace people. It is to remove repetitive administration, strengthen professional capability, return time to business owners and create pathways for experienced people to keep contributing as technology changes work.
That belief runs through everything 247 Staff does — from how we design roles to how we build AI Team Members and how we support people to grow their own capability.
