Our commitment

We aim for accessible keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient colour contrast, clear forms and helpful error handling, and a mobile-first job search and application experience.

Reasonable accommodation

We invite requests for reasonable accommodation at every stage of applying and hiring. Tell us what would help you take part fully and we will do our best to support it.

Human review

Selection decisions are reviewed by people. We do not use unexplained AI rejection scores, and candidate consent is required before employer presentation.
