Acceptable Use Policy
How our website, 247 Workforce platform and AI Team Members may and may not be used.

Lawful use
Use our services only for lawful purposes, in line with fair and lawful employment practice and applicable New Zealand law.
AI agents and human oversight
AI Team Members support approved, repeatable workflows with human approval and escalation points. They must not be used to make employment decisions, to deceive people about whether they are dealing with an agent where transparency is required, or to bypass human oversight for sensitive actions.
Data and permissions
Only connect data and integrations you are authorised to use. Respect data permissions, logs and security controls, and keep employer and candidate data separated as configured.
Prohibited activity
- Harassment, discrimination or unlawful treatment of candidates or staff
- Misrepresenting vacancies, sponsorship, accreditation or eligibility
- Charging candidates for jobs, placement access or recruitment costs
- Attempting to breach security, scrape data or disrupt the service
